Cross-Domain Visibility for Shared Shipments

We've added a new feature in Cargoson TMS to make shipment management between companies easier and more transparent — Cross-Domain Visibility.

If your company uses Cargoson TMS and your customer, supplier, partner, subsidiary, or parent company also uses it, shipments involving shared addresses will automatically appear in both companies' software accounts. No additional steps, emails, or phone calls are required.

What Does Cargoson Cross-Domain Visibility Do?

When a shipment has your partner’s address as the collection or delivery point, they will see the shipment details in their Cargoson TMS dashboard. This means that both sides who use Cargoson TMS can track the shipment and stay updated without asking for status updates.

Here’s what both companies will see:
  • Shipment details (origin, destination, weight, cargo description)
  • Current status and tracking events
  • Estimated delivery time


What Stays Private?

Your company’s sensitive data stays secure. Cross-Domain Visibility doesn’t share personal freight prices, internal notes, or any confidential information. Each company sees only the details they need to manage the shared shipment.

This feature can be enabled by Cargoson upon request.
Once activated, it works automatically. If the other company also uses Cargoson TMS and their address is listed in your shipment, both parties will see the shipment details.
