Transport price and delivery time requests can be initiated from:

You can request quotes from multiple carriers simultaneously and receive instant responses. Based on received quotes, you can select the most suitable carrier and place a direct order.
Transport Orders
Three ways to create transport orders:
- Send to Cargoson without carrier selection - choose carrier later in Cargoson
- Direct order - select carrier and service type in D365FO and send directly
- Based on price request - select from received carrier quotes
The system automatically transfers shipping data like addresses, loading date, package dimensions, weights and quantities from your documents.
Data Updates
Order data can be updated in two ways:
- Manually per order
- Automated periodic updates
The integration transfers all current order details and statuses from Cargoson back to D365FO.
Documents and Labels
All transport-related documents can be printed directly from D365FO:
- Package labels
- CMR documents
- Waybills
