"Cargoson was introduced to us by our Supply Chain peers operating out of our corporate headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia," explains Gregg Brown, Senior Logistics Specialist at Starship Technologies.
"95% of our shipments are parcel, and with integrations with FedEx and UPS, we've been provided a one-stop shop for rate shopping between multiple providers and service levels.
While few of our shipments are made with LTL or Expedited carriers, integrations with those we do use allow for quick rate comparison within Cargoson as well."

"We're saving money daily with our ability to quickly compare rates, and the product is so easy to customize that it took very little effort to integrate it with tools or data points within our daily operation," Brown notes.

"Rate comparison, shipment tracking and booking are all features which could be classified as time savers. Time spent comparing data in multiple sites or calling/emailing carriers is now being spent doing other meaningful work."

While Starship is still exploring the full potential of Cargoson's analytics capabilities, they've already seen significant operational benefits.
"We have yet to explore or validate the data produced within the Statistics feature, but again, the Cargoson has proven to be a real time saver."

"Cargoson meets our needs perfectly and I can't imagine how any company which ships a high number of small packages couldn't benefit from this product. Even if a company only uses one of the two major parcel carriers in the US, the Cargoson interface is much more intuitive and easier to use than those provided by the major US small package delivery providers."
He adds, "We also appreciate that our feedback and requests for enhancements or improvements are always responded to promptly and given great consideration as well."
